Default Not really new...but hello again
I'm back after a year and I can see that I am precisely the same weight as when I left! That isn't to say that I haven't learnt about myself

I've found this forum one of the most helpful things to date and I'm happy to be back. There is nothing like being able to talk to other people

BACK, Nanu! It's really wonderful that you were gone for a year and maintained your weight instead of gaining! I was gone for a year and gained all my weight back and then some! Good luck on reaching your goal!
