Hi, I just started the New Weigh diet today. Is anyone else doing this diet? I am proud of myself for following the plan today. I realized that I had NO heartburn today, which is unusual, and I didn't feel completely exhausted and sleepy after lunch! Already seeing the benefits is a great motivator!
Congrats! I have stopped taking omeprazole since changing my diet by eliminating all the trigger foods for heartburn from my diet. One less med! Now to just get my blood pressure under control and I will be very happy!
