Thumbs up Hi there!!

Hello Everyone!

I'm Jennie and I have been lurking and reading some helpful posts. I'm glad I joined as I am going to need the encouragement I think.

A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs on Weight Watchers. I was exercising ALOT and I hurt myself a lot. I developed issues with the tendons in my feet and ankles.

Also, it was before the big WW change in their method so I don't think I was getting the vitamins I needed. My hair started falling out at an alarming rate so I decided I would maintain for a while. So of course I gained it all back and then some.

I swear I am ready to try again. I'm at about 298 now and I am just like "wow how did I let myself get like this".

Sorry about the rambling introduction. Thank you all for having me

Hi Jennie, welcome! I'm new here too. How is it going for you so far? my exercise is just walking - I can relate to hurting feet/ankles. Walking is best for me.

Jennie! I'm so sorry to hear about your negative experiences, but now you know too harsh of exercise can be damaging AND you need to make sure your body gets the proper vitamins and minerals along the way. Those are extremely valuable things to know! Slow and steady with patience, that's all you need to get to where you are going! You can do this! Good luck!
