Hi I've just started t25focus going into week 4 ..9inch loss and 6lb weightloss.
Love the 25 mins workouts..fit in easily with my busy life ..
Just got under 10 stone this week first for 4yrs...hoping to get under 9stone, think then I will be happy..managing on 1200calories monitoring this with My Fitness Pal.
I struggle with the pushups my arms seem really week.
Does it get much harder on the beta phase in will I see much weightloss?
Hi Marina! I don't know the answer to your beta phase question but if you post it in the Fitness section, someone there might. Good for you healthily counting calories with myfitnesspal and doing an exercise workout that is working for you! 9 inches gone and 6 lbs gone is wonderful! Congrats! Keep it going and good luck!
