Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm in week 5 of the South Beach Diet and have lost 11 lbs. already! I am looking forward to ideas for meals/snacks on the South Beach forum. I gained about 20-25 lbs when I herniated my L5/S1 disc and had back surgery last summer. I have exercise restrictions, but am working out as best I can. I look forward to the support & good ideas here.
