Hello. I have been part of this forum before, but I am starting fresh (and also have no idea what my old username and password was, LOL). I started my journey to getting healthy in the beginning of this year and it's going very well so far. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and thyroiditis, so I am working to treat and better understand that. I have been able to control my severe allergies and GI issues the natural way, by a good and healthy diet and using probiotics and other natural remedies. So cheers to that, it has been a long battle and I am so happy that my health is turning around for the better!
Now I am just hoping to lose some weight and get stronger and even healthier! Thanks for reading.
