I am 37, have 3 children and a loving husband. I have been over weight for close to 15 years and I am so unhappy. I started the Ideal Protein diet on March 30th and I am feeling awesome. I need the discipline this program has. I am looking to lose 50-70lbs so I have my work cut out for me. I want to feel comfortable in my skin again. So far, I have lost 6lbs.....the first week was not easy but I am getting into a routine. My biggest issue is finding recipes for the veggies. I have been eating soy sauce at dinner each night and I am done with it. So any recommendations would be appreciated.
