Default Hello!!! I'm Shelly, from Baltimore, MD! :-)
Hello!!! My name is Shelly, I am a 40 yr overweight Mommy from the outskirts of Baltimore, MD. I have one 7 yr old daughter, Ava, who is the light of my life! I am a retired police officer who was injured in the line of duty, forcing me to unfortunately medically retire from a job that I absolutely loved and cherished for 18 years. I was always fit until the injury, which due to depression over losing my job and the injury itself caused me to gain close to 130lbs. I just started the Ideal Protein Weight Loss program, and I have a 15lb weight loss under my belt so far. Thank you for accepting me into your group!!!

Thank you ladies for the warm welcome!!!! Now that I have hit that 15, Im stuck on it--it won't budge!!! Ughhh!!!!! :-) And Tai, I was a Baltimore County Police Officer, on the West Side--Woodlawn, Reisterstown, Pikesville, those areas :-)

Sorry to hear the scale isn't cooperating right now Shelly but hang in there! If you stay on track, it will eventually move.

Did you like working on the West side? It's changed a lot over the years!
