Default Hi I'm a newbie from Australia
Hi everyone. I've just been diagnosed with insulin resistance, after nearly 20 years of struggling to lose weight and trying just about every diet plan known to man (and woman). I've bought the Insulin Resistance Diet book and have just started reading - I think I've finally found the help I need, so here goes!
