Talking hey there new girl here
Hello I'm on a weight loss journey! Looking for a great support system to keep me going I started at 245 and am down to 218! I'm low carb moderate protein and fat. I'm 3 weeks in and going strong

This is my third week here also. I made my mini goal for January (five pounds) so I am happy. Great group here!!

My goal for February is to lose 9 pounds. I REALLY want to get below 200 lbs. before March 5th. I will be hosting a party with my sisters for our parents 50th wedding anniversary party and we haven't seen each other in a year.
