Default New to this!
This is all so new to me and everyone here is an inspiration.

Just a quick note about me: I'm in my mid-30's, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 and as a result have gained a lot of weight. Being too sick or tired to move, coupled with guilt trips from my mom when I didn't want to eat, all lead to a vicious cycle of weight gain.

Fast forward a couple of years and now I'm in a position to do something about this.

Just to be clear, I'm not on any restrictions and recently learned I have no active cancer. The fight is far from over, but I'll take a small victory any day.
