I participate all over the forum (read: I stick my nose everywhere it belongs and doesn't belong), and in general it's medium paced to slow, but it's great for support and there are so many great people here with varied approaches that work for them, and various levels and types of medical problems and so on. So there's always someone who can identify, I guess I mean.
I love MyFitnessPal. I'm calorie counting so I use that every day.
The signature (& ticker) you'll be able to add after 20 days or so, I think. It seems like forever but it came up sooner than I expected, for me. What you can do is update your profile to include your starting/current/goal weights so it shows up on the left.
