Hello! I'm new here and currently trying to lose weight for the third time. I seem to always bounce back up after life-changing events and I feel myself starting to creep back up after my living and work situations changed drastically this past May/August.
I don't have so much support to stay healthy where I live (in fact I have adamant support to gain weight...) so I ignored my anti-social tendencies and finally gave into creating an account here. I've read some interesting threads from this website in the past without officially being a member so consider me a secret member outed.
I'm looking forward to jumping into some of the threads here, especially food related as I find myself cooking nearly every meal every day (I love sharing healthy/delicious recipes so I'm open to messaging about food any day).
