Portion control is a good start. Getting active too. As for your eating plan, there are lots of good plans out there, lots of them are followed here on the forum. It took me a while to find what works for me but it's worth all the research. Intermittent fasting 3 days a week works for me, I love it! I'm also starting to lower my carbs on my non-fasting days too, just to see if it makes a difference. Good luck with your choices
