Hello, im Moop. Joined this site just now! ssssshhhhh.... dont tell my boss. Im supposed to be working. Well, i joined because i would really like to live a healthier more balanced lifestyle. When it comes to eating healthy and regular exercise i suck. So i thought maybe some support from online weight loss friends would help keep me focused. Currently im not really over weight. i think my Bmi is about 24 and i weigh about 147. Im a bit of a shortie. Id like to weigh about 120 but my ultimate goal is just to be healthy and balanced.
English is not my first language so i hope you guys understand me. Plus im a total noob when it comes to the internet. So if i post in a place im not supposed to please let me know. im looking forward to being healthy with all of you.
