Hi all-
I am new to this site but some of the posts I've read have been helpful and inspiring and some made me laugh - that is always welcome!
I am stuck at home due to health issues and have not been able to control my eating due to my frustration. Today I have had no less than 7 meals. I am hungry, so I eat a meal, then I think to myself "nope, that wasn't what I wanted" and then go make another meal. I can't keep doing this!
I would like to make friends and learn from all of you. Please wish me luck as I get started as I wish you luck reaching your goals.
