Hello everyone!
i am new here, I joined "3 fat chicks on a diet" to make new friends and get some support, losing weight "slowly" can be quite depressing sometimes. I made a choice 11 days ago: "i will definitely start eating healthy" and since then i started exercising 5 times a week (just walking for 70 min or so), i stopped eating chips, chocolates, coke and junk food in general and till now i've lost 2 kilos ( in 11days). I hope you will accept me as a new member and as a friend
