Becoming free of so much
Hi, I'm new to the site but am wanting to lose weight for me now. Having come out of a marriage where I was constantly put down and completely unloved, all that weight I gained from feeling like nothing is ready to come off.
I know it's going to long and hard but hoping the support here is going to help, I have two amazing kids but it really is time to think positive about myself.
I work full time but also have Fibromyalgia so I have some pretty bad says sometimes, but I don't get the chance to stop so just keep moving forward, I figure one step at a time...
