Hello, I am starting today to change my life! I have been overweight since my youngest child was born 13 years ago! I have tried many many diets only to fail after 3 weeks! I am going to do the old Weight Watchers from the 80s that had the food exchanges. I remember that one being more strict. I haven't been too successful with the point system-- Too many options I guess. Any help from anyone is much appreciated! Thanks!
