Hi there! I joined this forum a while ago, and between working and finishing up school, I didn't follow through with connecting and getting the support I need.
My name's Chelaina, I recently graduated with my BA degree, and I have been working two jobs since I started school.
I also weigh 266 pounds, and I need to make some lifestyle changes. I want to love my body, I want to feel healthy, and I want to look good--and feel good about how I look.
My goal is to lose 100 pounds, and to simply be healthier. Now that I've graduated from college, I'm 300 miles away from my most supportive loved ones, and surrounded by well-intentioned but equally unhealthy family. I've been feeling isolated and struggling with motivation.
I also have PCOS, and struggle with anxiety and depression. Some days it's very hard to make myself get out of bed at all, let alone work out or do what I need to, in order to change.
Any tips/hello's are welcome, and hoped for. I'm very excited to meet all of you and exchange support and conversation
