Hey you guys, I've been looking for a place like this for a bit and this one looks great!
I've been dieting since april 1st with a starting weight of 169 which is quite heavy for a short person (5'1") I slowly lost 5.5 pounds by June 13th and then I got serious! I decided to give Dr. Fuhrman a try and started the C25K program at the same time. After 6 more weeks I went down another 11.5 pounds.
So that's about it.... I have plenty more to babble about but that's for another time
