Yup me too I'm back so I'm nearly new. I would like to lose about 100 optimally, but I have a lot of muscle ( big thighs from playing softball as a catcher for 16 years.....that's ALOT of squats!) so I think I may look too skinny or sickly at 130. Unless I do a lot of toning, I dunno. I just hope I can make it. So far I cannot eat all the calories I am supposed to in a day. I'm with y'all!
