Default have to start somewhere

Hello all! I'm new to all of this and was going to start the c25K program tonight. I have finally gotten so fed up with my weight that it's time to do something about it. I have always ignored it in the past and said that it was ok but it's not. I have PCOS and my husband and I have tried to have a baby for the past 3.5 years with no success. We recently have done our second round of IVF that sadly also failed. The nurse said to me that losing some weight might actually help. We have 2 frozen embryos left and I told myself I wouldn't go through that again until I lost at least 15 pounds. So here I am, admitting that I need to do something about it! I just need to stay motivated and realize my ultimate goal.

Just weighed myself today after starting the c25k on Saturday and I'm already down 3.4 pounds with exercising everyday and actually recording what I'm eating. This is a great feeling to see the scale move! I don't remember the last time I saw my weight in the 180's!
