I've been vegetarian/vegan for 12 years. I'm over weight because of sweets and over eating. I know if I go back to vegan, I will loose most of my weight again. Problem is that there are plenty of fattening vegan foods!!! So I need to work on my self control and exercise more. I know what to do, just need the push to do it. Maybe ya'll can help!! Thanks!!!
