Ok, it doesn't take much to get me excited
I started my weight loss journey in January and lost 14 pounds in about 2 months. I kept it off for the most part, but could have lost more had I stuck to my list of 'eat this - don't eat that' foods. One taste of a Girl Guide cookie did me in though. I've been eating a chocolate bar a day since then. Everyone here knows how addictive sugar can be, I'm sure. Anyhoo, I'm back in the game and need some motivation. Eating junk food while on holidays has put me in a very cranky mood. No more wheat and sugar! I'm starting my daily exercise regimen today! I will have a fit fanny again!!!
