Hi, I'm new, site was recommended from a friend so I'm definitely curious. I'm overweight, well I'm a type 4 morbidly obese as they call it. I've been trying to lose weight for a loooong time, but some of the meds I'm on keep me from losing weight.

I've been off soda for a month now, no soda at all, not diet nothing. I count my calories and try to exercise. Just been a bit depressed lately.
