Hello-- I'm new and excited to get started. I hope to meet new weight loss pals on here. I'm going to try a modified 5 bite diet for two weeks plus increase my exercise and see what I can do. I have been struggling with my weight going up and down since I was in my 30's and was in a car accident which resulted in a back fracture.
Right now I am 50 but I feel I am a young fifty in mind and spirit. I have been told I look younger than I am quite a lot. I have been considering getting the lap band for the last year but have decided to try diet and ^ exercise for 6 months first.
