I've never been part of a weight loss community before but I'm hoping joining here will help me myself more accountable lol. I've always been terrible at losing weight so I'm hoping this will make a difference.
At my heaviest I weighed an embarrassing 310 pounds five years ago and ended up losing to 240 pounds four years ago. Through some miracle I've managed to keep myself around 260-270 pounds for four years but I've decided that it's time to get out of this rut. I just want to be able to to ride rollercoasters with friends, walk without running out of breath, and not feel ashamed when I'm in public.

Hi and welcome. Feel to post your meals on our breakfast lunch and dinner and snack threads in the food talk forums if you think it would help. You may get some ideas from others.
This is a huge forum and easy to get lost in but don't give up. Most of the regulars use the New Posts link to keep us up to speed with the latest conversations going on. And many people just use a regular support thread to get to know a few people.
