I am new to 3FC after an extended absence from anything having to do with taking care of me. Now I have a really big hole to dig myself out of and I am just trying to find the starting point. I have about 100 pounds to lose and a lot of work to get my body healthy.
I am a teacher so I have promised myself the summer to focus on me and getting healthy again. I look forward to finding a place for support and guidance!
