New to this so just saying hey starting new diet today feeling determined

Anyone else local to portsmouth?

I constantly feel like I struggle with my
Weight and I'm fed up of yo-yo dieting so I woke up today and decided
Today is the day I make a change and hopefully drop a few dress sizes and
Change the front number on the scales

Looking to see if can support others and gain support myself to help me
Stick to it xxx

Start out with a good plan and then you'll be able to stick with it. Start out with a bad plan, and unless you improve it, it will fail.
