Smile Hi

Hi, I am here to hopefully find some motivation. Since I had my baby almost I lost the weight and everything was fine. After my husband came back from deployment everything kind of went south for me. I, didn't return back to work and didn't go back to school. I was overwhelmed with three kids and a husband I didn't have to take care til now and I just gained all the weight before I knew it I was more than my pregnancy weight and I am so sad and I just want the help especially the way to correctly eat. I hope to learn from some of you.
