Hi...my name is Stephanie and I am doing the Perfect Protein Diet which is almost identical to the Ideal Protein Diet! Down 17 lbs in just 2 weeks.....if I can deal with the people aroundme eating what they want....I will be just fine!
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 3/24/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
