Hello everyone I found this site by accident today and had to join. I have decided that I really need to lose weight as I am exhausted all the time and in my job I need to have more energy than I have. I am also getting a puppy very soon and want to be ale to runs round with him. I've not weighed myself in years, I know I need to, but my comfort eating and sweet tooth is not a good mix. I'm ready to she'd the stones and need some advice of the best way to do this. Should I just cut food, count calories, I know I have to exercise but what kind? I need to lose at least 6 stone, probably more. Please help! Thank you.
