This is my third time loosing a (what I hope will be) substantial amount of weight.
When I was 15 I went from 170lbs to 112lbs. When I was 19 I went from 198lbs to 130lbs, each time over about 8ish months. However each time I then gained it back.
I'm now 25 and am hoping this time it will last.
I decided at the end of February, on the 24th, that I would lose weight again but this time I would keep it off! My start weight was 224lbs and I am currently at 203lbs, which I think is a good start.
I'm hoping that by talking to people here I can keep myself motivated and make actual changes that will allow me to keep the weight off.
