Arrow Starting again

Hello everyone. This seems to be such a supportive board after reading a few posts I figured I'd just jump on. I just want to stick to it and lose the weight once and for all. Im tired of being fat and frumpy.

I'm where you are, too. New, tired of being stuck, and decided to join for some support.

Hey that's good to hear.
Dream big and start small.
Just do it step by step. Discouragements comes along way, but don't worry it's normal.. Just keep going

I have my share of that too.
I'm currently under a health and diet program. 30 Days Sugar Free. Keep going!

Sugar free is a good way to go. Ii'm doing it for the second time. I am giving it up pretty much forever except on rare occasions. It helps me a lot.

good luck everyone. Patience! Learn about good nutrition. Be sensible. Keep a food diary...
