Hello everyone. This seems to be such a supportive board after reading a few posts I figured I'd just jump on. I just want to stick to it and lose the weight once and for all. Im tired of being fat and frumpy.:(

Hey that's good to hear.
Dream big and start small.
Just do it step by step. Discouragements comes along way, but don't worry it's normal.. Just keep going

I have my share of that too.
I'm currently under a health and diet program. 30 Days Sugar Free. :) Keep going! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

Sugar free is a good way to go. Ii'm doing it for the second time. I am giving it up pretty much forever except on rare occasions. It helps me a lot.

good luck everyone. Patience! Learn about good nutrition. Be sensible. Keep a food diary...
