Hello from North Carolina
Hi! Well, you know how it goes - new year, new me - right? Every year I start out thinking it is time to lose weight but for the past few years that hasn't come to fruition. I have let myself become last to be cared for ever since having my daughter 3.5 yrs ago. But now my health is becoming an issue and frankly, I just can't seem to find anything to fit in anymore. I also can't keep up with my daughter, am tired all the time, etc. It's time to really make a change so I'm not even waiting til January 1, lol!

Congrats on not waiting until the 1st to begin! Good to have you here! You will find lots of support! As you browse around, take a look at the "Chicks Up for a Challenge" threads under "Support Groups" in the Support Forum. They are a great way to stay motivated and accountable. New January weight loss challenge and exercise challenge threads will be starting up in a day or two and they are always very active and supportive! They've helped me tremendously!
