Default On the road to weight loss AGAIN!

Hi fellow chicks,

I have been over weight all my life. Been on diets on and off for years. I was most successful with WW. I lost 65 lbs before my back surgery then couldn't loose anything else. That was 13 years ago and since then 5 lbs here and there have kept creeping on. I have tried going back to WW a few times over the years but it just didn't work.

Since I moved in with my boyfriend 18 months ago I have gained 20+ lbs. so has he. I have been cooking for him not me and my body isn't happy! I had a hysterectomy a year ago and my body went into menopause. I notice my body changing where I gain weight, all in my tummy!!!

It's nice to have my boyfriends support but he is doing P90X and there is no way I can handle that with all my back and shoulder issues. He also eats out all the time and lost 40 lbs still eating out. I have no will power give me French fries!

I have a lot of obstacles this time around but ultimately I am really just wanting to loose some weight, get healthy and feel comfortable again in my body again.

Looking for support from like minded positive people!

I completely understand. When I moved in with my honey, I also gained a lot of weight.
I wish you luck!
