Hello from Ga
Good morning everyone. I am new to the forums, I have about 80lbs I need to lose and I am hitting a brick wall doing it. My main problem is I love to eat, I am having trouble convining myself I need to stop eating when I am full and not sit and eat ALL of what is on my plate... My head tells me to stop but my mouth and stomach takes control and wins the battle. I am tired of not being able to bend over and pick up anything off the floor or reach my toes to polish them.. (good excuse for pedicures!)
I need serious help with a good diet. I have COPD, Arthritis and had Achilles Rupture Surgery 3 months ago, so I am not good with exercise. I know if I can lose the weight the symptoms from all these ailments will be alot smaller and easier to manage. I guess I better hush before I have a book going here.
