Hi,

I just signed up for the site tonight. I'm a 32 year old female in the UK and I'm here to do something about my weight/unhealthy eating. I changed jobs in 2006 from one that had me on my feet all day being very active to a sedentary one and the weight has steadily piled on. Oh and I quit being a regular gym bunny then too - bad idea! I used to be a UK size 8-10 and now I'm a size 18 and twice the weight (!) I was eight years ago and I want my body/healthier lifestyle back. x
