Just stopping by to introduce myself. I recently came to the determination that it's time to do something about my weight. I don't like the way I look, and have tried dieting with exercise, and can't seem to loose any weight.
Although the internet can be a wonderful place, it is covered with fad diets and "miracle" supplements that guarantee you can lose weight without changing anything. I am thoroughly confused
as to what to do and am hoping I can get some support and guidance from people who have actually been there.
