Overweight, Out of Shape and Tired
Hi everyone. I used to be a frequent poster on this site a few years ago (however, I can't find my account anymore) so I created a new one. I am a married mom of 3 who are 8, 2 and 7 months old. My husband is a former Active Duty soldier who is currently in the Reserves. We are both out of shape due to health issues and are tired of being this way. We both want to be around to see our kids grow up and see our grandkids. We recently joined the Anytime Fitness gym and have been going in for workouts before going to school since we are both in school full-time. Ironically, we are both going for Medical Assistant so we definitely need to be in shape for that. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
