Welcome and best of luck to you. One thing I'm going to do is find old pictures of me when I was a healthy weight to inspire me to look like that again. Another thing is since I'm getting married in October, I'm going to put up pictures of wedding dresses and honeymoon vacation locations in places where I normally want to eat or go to for food to remind myself that I have to eat healthy to have what I want. Maybe you could find some mental tricks/reminders to keep you on track, too? I know in a few years I'd like to have a child, and with my current weight I know I'll encounter problems with fertility.
