Hello!! From a Newbie in NB!
Hi everyone!
I started Ideal Protein yesterday and I'm very excited about it! I'm 36 years old and I've been battling my weight for about 18 years now with varying success. Right now, I'm the highest weight that I've ever been non-pregnant!
I truly believe I'm addicted to carbs, so I think IP is a great fit for me because I won't have the option of eating some carbs....that would lead me to binge for sure. I'm looking at it like quitting a chemical addiction- through abstinence until I learn how to handle my cravings better.
Anyway, I'm very happy to be here and to be doing the IP program.

You should do very well on IP. I've heard it's a good program. I wish you the best! You can do this! Good luck!
I'm not on IP, I'm likely doing something close though. I may read up on IP myself, knowledge is power after all
