BACK!!! Yes, maintenance is the hardest part. I've read that somewhere between only 4 - 20% of people who lose weight maintain that loss, so to be truly successful, we need to plan for maintenance also. Like you (and me), most people learn that the hard way. I'm glad you're back, determined, and more knowledgeable this time! Good luck! You can do it!
