Starting my TSFL program on January 6th.

Let's just say I've been down this road before. Lost about 100lbs when I was younger, and its slowly come back.

This time I am determined to lose the weight for good and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I'm 33 and work in the medical field.

I know the health risks of being overweight and want to get to a healthy weight and live a more active lifestyle.

Need the help and support of people who are going through the same trials and struggles who may have some advice and encouragement.
