Hi Everyone i am starting my diet and exercise routine today. I have really struggeld in the past and would realy like to lose 55pouns. I really need the support and would take any tips given. I have 3 boys and enjoy spending time with them. My treat when i reach my goal weight will be my husband buying me a whole new wardrobe.
