Hi my name is jill. I am 52 married and and ready to get the rest of these extra pounds off. I started last june just by eating healthy no process foods and lost around 55 lbs. The holidays really threw me off and I did gain some back roughly around 5-8 lbs but going to restart tomorrow. I know I can do this. I have a lot of ambitions for 2014. I have two horses which I would love to start riding again. I had been overweight for at least 10 years and they are ridden by my friend and daughter but they are my big yard ornaments. I am probally am about 225 I really have not looked at the scale this week, been afraid to but in the morning I will and start repairing the damage. I just wanted to introduce myself and say

Welcome! That's one of my goals too. My aunt has horses and has invited us to go riding with her. She swears she has a horse who can handle my weight but I don't want to chance it. I've got to drop some pounds first before I will go.
