I'm a newbie to Fat Chicks...so hello to all...
I've recently started a new weight loss program with ITG Diet online. The food is great! My original start date was Dec. 2 weighing in @ 200lbs...yikes...first week lost 6 lbs...second week lost 4 lbs...cant wait for next check in...This is my first weight loss attempt that I've committed myself to a program other than my own program at home. (that never worked longer than a few weeks) The wellness coaches are so helpful with keeping me on track with Emails and phone calls. I've got a good feeling about this program...I really think this one is going to work!!! I love sharing good news....
Hi Lisa! I'm glad you are having success! Great job! As you stop losing so much water weight and start losing more fat, your weight loss may slow down but don't let that discourage or derail you. It's perfectly normal and it's how weight loss works. A rate of 2 lbs per week is pretty typical for even the most dedicated dieter. Keep going! Glad you joined us! Good luck!
