hi everyone, decided to join a forum as i thought it may help with my weight loss. almost 2 years ago i lost 4 stone but over the last 7 months ive put on just over 2 stone! ive always struggled with my weight and i like food to much lol!, determind to lose some weight and keep it off. got a new exercie bike today and ive started trying to eat better... not easy at this time of year though

I was right where you are when I started. I'd just realized that I'd quickly gained back all the weight I lost previously. It was an excellent wake-up call! It told me that I'm going to have to be attentive for the long term if I'm going to be successful at this.

Hi Vick1987! This is a great time of the year to start! It will keep you mindful and you won't gain like you would have otherwise. Good for you not allowing yourself to gain back all that you had lost. Now you are almost 2 stone ahead on this new weight loss journey, lol! You can do this! Good luck!
